It was a busy, exciting year for the Rascal team. With new global clients and work across seven international markets, we’re not quite sure how we packed it all in.
We pitched (and won), developed storyboards, produced film, launched new branding and digital platforms, extended our knowledge of the foodservice sector, directed off and online films, worked with new international clients and collaborated with global agency JWT.
And with new projects in the pipeline, we can’t wait to see what’s to come this year.
But for now, here are some of our favourite projects from 2018:
Sportswear giant Gymshark was celebrating the opening of its newly relocated and £3m refurbed headquarters and invited the Rascal team to produce a film that captured this landmark occasion. We loved filming in the new innovative and futuristic space designed by the award winning design company, Oktra.
Rascal worked with two Unilever brands this year, and across two international markets. The challenge was to create TVCs for the Thai and Indonesian markets. We storyboarded, wrote scripts, worked with translators, casting and crew to produce two separate TVCs, print imagery and social media content to roll out across Asia.
Diageo drinks brand Orijin wanted to reach its audiences in Nigeria, Cameroon and Ghana with a fresh, fun and vibrant ad.
We produced lively and engaging ads that would resonate and connect with the modern audience across the three African markets.
And as if that wasn’t enough, all this whilst our Leeds team moved to their brand new home at Avenue HQ.
